CONTRACT DRAFTING SKILLS CLINIC
This training Course is designed to help participants gain comprehensive skills for negotiating and drafting contracts whilst ensuring the protection and acting in the best interest of their clients.
AIM OF THE COURSE
Upon completion of this course, Participants will be able to:

- Gain comprehensive skills in drafting clear, concise and well-structured contracts
- Use specific words and phrases to express obligations, covenants, warranties and representations
- Approach drafting and legal writing with confidence and professionalism
- Express legal concepts clearly and avoid drafting errors which invalidate contracts
The Training course will be taught through interactive drafting activities led by an experienced UK solicitor.
